We are currently seeking a Product Training Specialist who will be responsible for training customers how to use the technology we sell and perform monthly billing and related data collection activities associated with customers on contract. This position involves 90% travel to assigned customer accounts. You must have your own car with an insurable driving record and be willing to travel to our customers in all of New Jersey

Duties:

  • Train end users and answer any questions they have
  • Contact customers and schedule times to visit their site during business hours
  • Collect printer meter readings at customer site
  • Tag new or additional printers not currently on contract
  • Record model numbers, serial numbers, IP addresses, and physical device locations
  • Educate and present automated meter acquisition process to customers 
  • Coordinate installation of the solution with field service representatives
  • Update internal account information (spreadsheets/database) with any new equipment added to contracts
  • Reconcile printer data with equipment listed on contracts over time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service, administrative, sales or marketing experience desired but not required
  • Basic IT skills and mechanical aptitude strongly desired
  • Valid driver's license, insurance driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office; intermediate skill level in Excel
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement 
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
