We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to support various administrative functions in our Burlington headquarters.
- Assist Contracts department by entering data into customer database
- Scan contracts
- File contracts
- Assist Accounts Payable with opening invoices, stamping them, and preparing them for data entry
- Match Purchase Orders to invoices
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Distribute incoming mail
- Locate back-up documentation for invoice credits
- Back up Receptionist during lunch periods and other peak times
- 6 months of office experience
- Knowledge of filing systems
- Demonstrated ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
