We are seeking an Inventory Management Associate to support our growing business.

Duties:

• Work closely with field service engineers and dispatchers on parts orders and their estimated time of arrival
• Update database when managing releases and transfers
• Assist in physical inventories
• Analyze and act on parts reports daily
• Build vendor relations
• Assist with picking orders and restocking when needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of inventory management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Data entry experience
• Interpersonal skills and professional verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
• Ability to move frequently walk, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel
• Ability to lift parts weighing 25 to 50 pounds
